You can pay for your order by credit card:

  • when paying for goods online on the site.

To receive an order, you need a power of attorney from the paying organization, duly executed and an identity document.

Exchange or return of good quality goods

The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of good quality for a similar one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order or making a purchase in the online store, excluding the day of purchase, if the goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration.

The return of a good quality product is possible if its presentation (packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product (sales or cash receipt) are preserved.

An identity document is also required to return the goods:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • military ID, temporary ID issued in lieu of military ID, or identity card (for persons who are doing military service);
  • temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation issued for the period of registration of a passport.

In the event of a return of a complex technical product of good quality with an established warranty period within a ten-day period, our store has the right to conduct an examination of the product in order to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties.

What products cannot be changed:

The list of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated January 19, 1998, as amended by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 20, 1998 No. 1222, dated February 06, 2002 No. 81.
